Standard Call-Out Fee: A flat fee of $120/hour applies for technician visits within the Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Perth Metro area.

Additional Travel Charges: For Outer / Regional or interstate locations, extra charges may apply depending on distance and accessibility.

Repair Costs: Replacement parts are not included in the call-out fee. Any additional repair charges will be quoted and approved before work commences.

Warranty Coverage:

If your product is still under labour warranty and the issue is deemed a manufacturing fault, the call-out and repair will be covered by Kylin (no cost to you).

If the issue is not covered by warranty (e.g. wear and tear, incorrect use, or installation issues), the standard call-out and repair fees will apply.
